"Transaction Information" refers to information contained in text messages (SMS) sent by service and product providers to your mobile telephone number(s) in connection with various transactions across multiple financial accounts. Transaction Information includes your mobile phone number, email address, partial payment card data disclosed in the messages, and information related to the transaction.

1.3. The way2bankloans website does not directly access your bank, credit card, or debit card account information, or any Transaction Information beyond what is contained in SMS messages you receive on your phone. The website does not require your bank login ID or password.

1.4. "Affiliates" refers to any entities incorporated and controlled by way2bankloans, whether through ownership of the majority of voting capital, appointment of a majority on the board of directors, or other management rights.

2. Applicability of the Terms

2.1. By using the way2bankloans website, you unconditionally consent to these Terms, including the introductory paragraphs titled "IMPORTANT," the "Privacy Policy" available on the Website, and any other notices, disclaimers, policies, or terms that may apply to the use of the website.

6. No Lending

6.1. way2bankloans is not a lender. It operates the website to facilitate your application for Credit Facilities. The terms and conditions of any Credit Facility made available to you by a Lender will be solely between you and the Lender, and way2bankloans will not be a party to such terms.

6.2. way2bankloans and its representatives are not responsible for the rejection of your Credit Facility application or other refusal by Lenders, and way2bankloans is not obliged to provide reasons for such refusal. way2bankloans does not provide loans or other Credit Facilities.

7. Other Disclaimers

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, way2bankloans, its third-party partners, licensors, and suppliers disclaim all warranties, whether statutory, express, or implied.

7.2. You expressly agree that your use of the way2bankloans website is at your sole risk. The website, any data, information, third-party software, reference sites, services, or software made available through the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7.3. way2bankloans and its third-party suppliers do not warrant or make representations regarding the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or other aspects of the website or its content.

(b) Lenders sharing your credit score with way2bankloans.
(c) way2bankloans sharing Transaction Information with its Affiliates and Lenders. way2bankloans does not retrieve your credit score from any source itself.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. In no event shall way2bankloans, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, partners, or suppliers be liable to you for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnity

11.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless way2bankloans, its Affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees. This indemnification obligation survives these Terms and the use of the way2bankloans website.

12. Governing Law and Arbitration

12.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The way2bankloans website is operated from India, and if you are a user outside India, you accept Indian law and jurisdiction. way2bankloans makes no representations that the website is suitable for use in other locations, and you are solely responsible for complying with local laws.

12.2. Disputes should be initially attempted to be resolved amicably for thirty days. Unresolved disputes will be referred to an independent arbitrator in Bangalore, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore Urban District.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1. Notices
Any notices to way2bankloans should be sent by registered mail or recognized courier to the address provided above.

13.2. Force Majeure
Performance delays due to Force Majeure Events beyond a party's control will excuse performance under these Terms, with exceptions for payment obligations.

13.3. Severability
Unenforceable provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

13.4. No Waiver or Election
Failure to exercise a right does not waive it, and rights under these Terms are cumulative.

13.5. Assignment
Your right to use the way2bankloans website is personal and not transferable.

13.6. Communications
You consent to receive promotional and marketing communications about products and services through your registered email/phone. This may override any previously registered DND or DNC services on your phone.
